Query about arm shaping

Can anyone help explain how to do this armhole shaping? I am working flat, start shaping with 92 stitches. I am probably overthinking it but how do I shape both sides if I am only casting off on right side of work? 🤯

Cast off stitches in each side (cast off stitches at the beginningof the row) as follows:Cast off 2 stitches on every other row 1-2-2-2-2-2 times, then cast off 1 stitch on every other row1-1-1-3-3-5 times and finally 1 stitch every 4th row 4-5-5-6-5-5 times = 68-72 (I am doing 2nd size)
