I loved making my all over color work as a sweater so much I immediately cast on for the celestial top using Mago sock in natural and IndieCita. The color contrast looked really good until I started knitting it and now it’s so subtle to the point of looking a little dry and washed out. I’m not sure how it’ll turn out but I’m gonna keep going.
Elza Love Realized
I'm finally blocking my Elza...she's so happy! It was truly a memorable knit, not without its trials. I'll never start out a colorwork sweater with just one skein, hoping to match it, or buy one from Ravelry or elsewhere. Even in the same dyelot, the skeins were sooooo different and I had to do major skein dissection to find similar color segues, especially on the second sleeve! BUt, perfection is overrated, and I'll post another photo when it's on me :) I've loved this whole zaneteknits experience. Thanks to all, and especially Zanete herself! xox

I love it so much. I can hardly even take it off even as the weather is getting warmer.😊

Holding yarn in Colourwork
Hi ho 😊 how do you all hold your yarn during the colourwork? Are you knitting continental? I switch between having the yarn separately and picking it up every time and having both on one finger, if the floats are longer, because securing the floats is easier for me that way. However, I struggle a lot with the tension of the dominant yarn, when having both on the hand.

Hi....I hold a strand in each hand. Starting out as a continental knitter, it took a bit to figure out best way of holding right hand yarn...I find that I can spread out stitches a bit with my left hand to get better leverage. It's important to experiement to find the best fit!
