My version of #rujuu sweater is finally here, and I'm so happy with it. It was my first colorwork project, and I learned a lot through the way doing it. Thanks for all the support i received during the MKAL back in January

This was my first experience of doing stranded colour work and knitting in the round. When I finished it in April the weather had changed and it was too warm so I just put it away. Now I would like to wear it but feel it is a bit tight because as a beginner my tension wasn’t brilliant. Is there anything I can do to rectify this?

Not my best work. I decided it was a bit too busy a pattern for me so made the middle solid. The tension there was a bit different. I also decided not to add buttons to the front so no button holes. It was fun and will be a very warm sweater this winter to cuddle in. I think I would like to try it with a thinner yarn next time.

I’ve managed to finish it—my jacket is done. 🥳 Thanks to De Quervain's syndrome, I "got" to take a break for about three months. 😑 It was a tough time... 😅
