Getting back into my routines.
I have recently missed some of my routines. That normally hurts me. But I have chosen not to hit myself in the head, and feel like a failure because of it. Instead, I put my focus in getting slowly but steady back to the routines I know is good for me. Small steps are what works for me. As example, I haven't hit the gym the number of times I wanted, so I decided to go there twice a week in the beginning, and then increase it to 3 or 4 when I'm ready. So if you suddenly get out of your routines, don't worry. It happens to everyone. The most important is, that you don't feel like a failure, but get back on track again in a good way.

Lunchbreak well spent🌊🚿🌞
Spent my lunchbreak with some coldplunge and sauna. And 20 minutes relaxing in the sun. It’s a great way to start the weekend. Have a good one.
How do you discipline your mind?
Hello everyone! I'm new to the group and interested to know what folks are doing. Is anyone using tools that really help?

Nature healsπŸŒ²πŸŒ³πŸŒΏπŸ’š
Sometimes a 30 minute walk in the nature can make you feel like a new person. And make it a daily habit, and you will feel the benefits within a short time. Anyone familiar with this?
Early Bird πŸ¦…
I aim to go to bed latest at 10pm, to get the 7 hours of sleep. I wake up around 5am, and feel well rested. A good nights sleep is extremely important for your performance the coming day. Once, I stayed in bed, scrolling the SoMe platforms and wasted my time. Now I get up, go for a walk with a cup of coffee, and enjoy the silence in the morning. When I’m back, I’ll take a shower, eat breakfast, and check my emails and tasks of the day. When I’m in the office around 8 am, I already feel ahead of others. Tell me your morning routines. 🌞 Have a great day πŸ™πŸ»
