Getting back into my routines.
I have recently missed some of my routines. That normally hurts me. But I have chosen not to hit myself in the head, and feel like a failure because of it. Instead, I put my focus in getting slowly but steady back to the routines I know is good for me. Small steps are what works for me. As example, I haven't hit the gym the number of times I wanted, so I decided to go there twice a week in the beginning, and then increase it to 3 or 4 when I'm ready. So if you suddenly get out of your routines, don't worry. It happens to everyone. The most important is, that you don't feel like a failure, but get back on track again in a good way.

Lunchbreak well spent🌊🚿🌞
Spent my lunchbreak with some coldplunge and sauna. And 20 minutes relaxing in the sun. It’s a great way to start the weekend. Have a good one.

@Ashley DeLuccia I normally don't finish with cold. I always feel I'm freezing then.

Dopamine Detox 🧠
On Monday I will start 1 week dopamine detox. - Maximum 30 minute on social media - No phone 1 hour before bedtime and 1 hour after I wake up. - Limit coffee to 2 cups pr. day. - No online news. - No screen while eating. Small steps may seem easy, but still require focus. 💪 I'm looking forward to see what this can do. My top 1 bad habit is to grab the phone as soon as I wake up. This will probably be the hardest one for me.

I'm half way in the dopamine detox week. I can see that the phone & social media has a tighter grip in me than I thought. This is for sure something I need to work hard on changing. Though I have improved my reading, which is now approximately 20 pages every day. That feels really good. I keep pushing in a better direction. 💪
