How do you discipline your mind?
Hello everyone! I'm new to the group and interested to know what folks are doing. Is anyone using tools that really help?

Nature heals🌲🌳🌿💚
Sometimes a 30 minute walk in the nature can make you feel like a new person. And make it a daily habit, and you will feel the benefits within a short time. Anyone familiar with this?

Yes! Nature is magical for calming the nervous system and settling the mind.
Early Bird 🦅
I aim to go to bed latest at 10pm, to get the 7 hours of sleep. I wake up around 5am, and feel well rested. A good nights sleep is extremely important for your performance the coming day. Once, I stayed in bed, scrolling the SoMe platforms and wasted my time. Now I get up, go for a walk with a cup of coffee, and enjoy the silence in the morning. When I’m back, I’ll take a shower, eat breakfast, and check my emails and tasks of the day. When I’m in the office around 8 am, I already feel ahead of others. Tell me your morning routines. 🌞 Have a great day 🙏🏻

Love the walk. I’d like to incorporate that. Don’t always do coffee but love my slow mornings. I usually make a tea or matcha and hit my yoga mat and meditation cushion.
Lunchbreak well spent🌊🚿🌞
Spent my lunchbreak with some coldplunge and sauna. And 20 minutes relaxing in the sun. It’s a great way to start the weekend. Have a good one.

Love this combo too! Do you finish with cold?
Dopamine Detox 🧠
On Monday I will start 1 week dopamine detox. - Maximum 30 minute on social media - No phone 1 hour before bedtime and 1 hour after I wake up. - Limit coffee to 2 cups pr. day. - No online news. - No screen while eating. Small steps may seem easy, but still require focus. 💪 I'm looking forward to see what this can do. My top 1 bad habit is to grab the phone as soon as I wake up. This will probably be the hardest one for me.

@Zakkerey Larsen keep it up! Fight the urge. I’m the opposite. It’s a chore to check socials; definitely not a habit of mine but needed to grow my business. Hang in there!
