The most terrifying thing, I actually spoke, face on, on the camera! Ok I hid behind a book for some of it, but I challenged myself and I did it! I just watched it and it was very cringe, I daren't watch before as I would never have published it, so the audio is a bit off, and I am sure my face looks unnaturally red but I did it! I had one major event where I did have to stop and start when I knocked a lamp over but I jumped right back in and made myself finish! I tried my daughter's iPhone to take some photos in the garden the other day, and the colour and cinematic mode are amazing in the newer phones! So much better than the old camera that I have!

Im prepping for September the 7th month brings me the number 7 in consistency. What am I doing/documenting consistently in my consistency is what my channels consist to be 🧐 well I made a big square with a bunch of little squares so I can fill em in when I do little square stuff but their really bricks 🧱 that build an empire made from one tap, one nail, one go ahead and do that sheet right now foundation. So last week, after posting 2 videos on my old channel and receiving some lovely comments, I then found the login to the new channel I created. I was stuck then not knowing whether I should stick with the old channel which feels safe and comfortable, but try to add more content, or to rename and try again to make the new channel feel more like me! Then on Monday morning, I realised it was the 1st of September and I randomly decided to upload a little chat video everyday based around my daily Tarot card draw! I have now uploaded 5 videos, all just ten minutes or so. I have had tech issues and been working through them, but it is getting me back into creating for the love of it, and connecting with a community I thought I had lost. But I don't just want to do Tarot. This afternoon I looked through some of my old videos and I realised, that although there is a lot of Tarot mentioned, the video content actually talks about many things, and life and stories, lots of stories. So if I do carry on with this vlog I don't think it will be an issue to record the content I want to record. The big issue will be the talking head stuff and vlogging out in nature etc that I really want to do. I don't look at the YouTube tech stuff, the charts and graphs and numbers, I never have. Maybe one day, but right now I just want to have fun and run with it. So 5 videos is a win, comments are a win, learning about the initial low res preview that YT shows is a win! I have to learn to get the best out of my little lav mic but that will come I am sure :) Really looking forward to the google meet thing tomorrow!! I think the live stuff will help me to be more confident on camera. I hope everyone has had a brilliant week 🥰 Bobby
