@Karen Taylor Analyzing your latest video, Know Them Before You Speak to Them, it's clear that your personal, direct-to-camera approach is resonating deeply with your core audience. Here is a breakdown of how it's performing compared to your typical content on Peter Urbanowski. What’s Working Well - Exceptional Audience Retention & Engagement: This video is seeing an Average View Duration (AVD) of 5:59, which is significantly above your typical range of 2:39 to 3:39. This suggests that your storytelling and the specific mentions of community members are keeping viewers hooked far longer than usual. - Strong Initial Appeal: Your Click-Through Rate (CTR) is currently at 9.2%, outperforming your typical top-end of 8.5%. The thumbnail and title are successfully piquing curiosity. - Deep Community Connection: The strategy you discussed in the video—talking to a specific person—is already showing results in the comments. Several viewers mentioned they felt honored or surprised to be named, which is fostering a very loyal "inner circle" feel. comments - Emotional Resonance: The feedback highlights that your message is perceived as "motivating," "encouraging," and "beautifully said." This emotional connection is a strong pillar for your channel's growth. comments Areas for Improvement

@L T Thank you, it was originally a Vid IQ one but i added @Paula Stewart channel onto the phone myself in Canva. I am moving away from VidIQ to make myself create my own thumbnails, which will not be as spectacular as AI ones but they will be more customisable to what i want it to be
Burnout explained like nobody ever has
What does burnout feel like as a content creator? Speaking from experience i would say this is the perfect explanation of burnout.

@Karen Taylor since the first time i saw this promo it lives rent free in my head i can literally recite it word for word, relating to burnout and YouTube the quote "You can give and give and give and give and somethings you get nothing back" that for me is burnout, then when i changed my philosophy and how i think about things i realised the old ways wasnt working so let me look at the traditional advice and reinvent it. "Pretend you are talking to your best friend, pretend you are talking to one person" No, now i know who im talking to, in a video i may be referring to a comment @Paula Stewart made on one of my videos so in my next video i am talking to her directly, if that video resonates with other people that is great but for me it is all about talking to Paula, or Lori's Soul Circle, an absolute diamond of a channel. Know who your talking to, know their name, channel, content, pain points then you can relate directly to them.
Lighting For Podcast
Does anyone have any recommendations for a video that would show the making of an area to do podcast style videos? How to set it up with different angles of lighting, etc? Not looking for anything fancy but just a section of your home that is dedicated to video recording. The topic came up last night on Karen's live and I thought it would help if someone had any suggestions. Thanks 😊

@L T There are so many options available. If you let me know what camera and light you are using as well as the editing software i am sure we can get you looking however you want. This room has been painted black, blue, red, coffee, white, egyptian cotton and now the colour it is. The carpet is supposed to be grey but with an amatuer decorator painting the room every year the carpet looks like an abstract art piece lol

@Karen Taylor Thank you, it has been a slow grow process but things are beginning to feel right at last lol
Quitting VidIQ for YouTube Studio Ask
So I recently started using the Ask AI part in YouTube Studio and decided I was going to stop paying for VidIQ and just use the free version, why? I want to learn how to create my own thumbnails and VIDIQ as good as it is is not helping me learn, it was doing all my thumbnails and descriptions ect. On my journey I want to learn the what, how and why of every aspect of creating everything, I want to learn SEO & Browsing Optimisation, I want to learn what makes a great thumbnail that does not look like every other thumbnail on YouTube.
