Lighting For Podcast
Does anyone have any recommendations for a video that would show the making of an area to do podcast style videos? How to set it up with different angles of lighting, etc? Not looking for anything fancy but just a section of your home that is dedicated to video recording. The topic came up last night on Karen's live and I thought it would help if someone had any suggestions. Thanks 😊

Who is Aprilynne Alter?
Aprilynn Alter is a content creator who is different to the "gurus" Her channel has 132K subscribers with almost 5M views. She was a speaker at VidCon Her 90 Day Step-by-Step Channel Growth system is free; however, she has had so many requests from viewers that she has decided to create a cohort for this challenge, where people who buy the cohort (almost $2000) get to go through the steps, submit their work and receive feedback from April or one of her team. She also has playlists that are a Pandora's box for content creators. I have uploaded some pictures to show what im talking about. I don't consider her a guru or a mentor, i consider her someone who knows what she's talking about, does the research and shares what she has learned in a down-to-earth way. I would say she is one of my top 4 creators, along with Kevin Kolbe, Sean Kitching and everybody's favourite Canadian, Rob the Maritimer.

A/B Test or Switch Out Your Thumbnail & Title
Wanted to ask what you do? TBH I actively avoid A/B bc when I tried it once - for my first video back from my hiatus - and it bombed and took DAYS to push out the other versions which cost time. So now on every video I post I check signs of performance and switch out after 12hrs (being mindful of where words could drop off on mobile: which is where most of my viewers are watching, using Thumbs.TV). Consulting VidIQs AI Coach in the process has been super-helpful. That has worked for me with my current video and the results are ‘crazy’ for me , almost hitting 1k views (Best on any of my LF this year so far + a bunch of really moving comments!). That said I also worked my ass off on the storytelling, and it seems to be paying off. Sharing first one on the Left (title was In My 50s I Banished 6 Bad Habits) and Current One on the right. And I’d really love to know what is working you right now, in your niche?
