This 28-day fitness program was born from my own recovery journey and a deep belief: everyone deserves a safe, uplifting start to exercise—especially those new to movement or rebuilding after a health challenge. Designed with heart health and emotional safety at its core, this plan gently guides you through daily steps that build confidence, strength, and motivation. I’ve walked this path myself. As a heart health survivor, I know how daunting it can feel to begin again. That’s why each day of this program offers encouragement, practical support, and movement that meets you where you are. Whether you're over fifty, returning to fitness, or just starting out, you’ll find a welcoming space to grow stronger—physically and emotionally. Heart health isn’t just about numbers. Hi there. I’m Paul. I’m not a doctor. But I am something else—living proof that change is possible. A few years ago, I survived a life-threatening heart attack. Not long after, I faced another battle: prostate cancer. I lost a part of my body… but I gained a mission. Today, I’m here because I believe no one should have to wait for a crisis to start caring for their heart—or their health. I’ve walked the hard road. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, unsure, and afraid. But I also know the power of small, consistent steps. Of movement. Of mindset. Of choosing yourself—one day at a time. That’s why I created this space. To help you feel safe, supported, and inspired to take charge of your fitness—no matter your age, your background, or your starting point. Everything I share is grounded in real experience. Not theory. Not hype. Just what works—because it worked for me.
