Happy Mother’s Day to every incredible mom in this space. Whether you're knee-deep in diapers or it's been years since you felt like yourself, this is your reminder: you are so much more than a title. You’re the glue. The backbone. The entire infrastructure.
You’ve carried babies, held bladders, managed meltdowns (your kids’ and your own), and tried to heal in a body that’s been through it all. And somewhere in there, you probably heard “Just do some Kegels” and thought... why isn't this enough to fix me?
But you’re still here. Showing up. Healing. Rebuilding your strength from the inside out, one core breath, one pelvic floor exercise at a time.
And whether you’re just starting this journey, or months (or even years) in, let me say this loud and clear:
You are not broken. You are rebuilding.
And that kind of work takes grit most people don’t see. But the mother's in this group... we see you.
So in honor of this day, let’s celebrate that!
Forget the pressure to bounce back. Forget the filtered highlight reels from social media. Today we’re celebrating the invisible work, the quiet victories, and the strength that doesn’t make it to the public eye.

What’s one thing your body has done that you’re proud of, even if no one else has recognized it?
Maybe you sneezed without leaking.
Maybe you said no to something so you could rest and recharge.
Maybe you made it through the day without wanting to hit someone who said, “You look tired today.”
Whatever it is, we want to hear it.
You deserve to be seen.
You deserve to be celebrated.
We’re proud of you — today and every day. 💛
