Syndication
Syndication is an investment method used by GPs/ LPs to acquire large commercial real estate.
The GP (general partner) is the sponsor who manages the investment property’s performance.
The LPs (limited partners) are the investors who fund the project up to $50k +, and retain equity.
Financing a large commercial real estate project would otherwise be unattainable for a single investor.
