What to expect over the next 14 days
You’ll alternate between two practice styles:
1) FLOW days (10–15 min)Moving with breath.Every movement has a specific inhale/exhale — and I cue it all.
No guesswork.You always get options from most accessible → more challenging, so you can choose what your body needs that day.
2) YOGA ALIGN days (15–20 min)Slower + more precise.We hold postures a bit longer and work with very specific cues to stabilize and align.
Again: no guesswork.I’ll tell you exactly what to do, where to feel it, and how to stay safe.
Important: Nothing is on repeat
Each flow has a different focus.Each yoga align practice targets a specific muscle group.
But even when there’s a focus area, the whole body is involved — so every session feels complete, not random.
My students always tell me:“These sequences feel crafted with a clear outcome.”
