Here’s a new one for those of you with stiff necks, tight upper traps, and tension headaches.
This class is a little different. It’s not a full sequence. Instead, I’m giving you 5 simple release techniques you can use as needed with props like a blanket, a ball, and a wall.
So think of this as your neck relief toolbox use one, use a few, or do all five depending on how your neck feels and what you have available.
This is especially helpful if you spend a lot of time looking down, working at a desk, on the computer, or holding tension in your neck and shoulders all day.
And this is video 1 of 2.
This first one helps you release tight tissue and stretch the front of the shoulders.
The second one, coming soon, will help you build the healthy muscle tone in the upper back that supports better posture and helps the tension stay away longer.
Save this one so it’s easy to come back to, especially on headache days.
Let me know which of the 5 felt best for you.
