Hello Everyone, I’m Theodore Williams, joining from Houston, Texas. By trade, I serve as a Technical Analyst in Traffic Signal Operations for the City of Houston. Beyond work, I’ve spent much of my life in judo, a discipline that taught me balance, efficiency, and the calm that lies within controlled power. I joined Yggdrasil Kettlebell to refine strength in its purest form — through kettlebell and macebell training that unites mind, muscle, and will. I’m drawn to the balance of ancient roots and modern knowledge here, and I look forward to learning, sharing, and growing alongside this community of disciplined lifters. Strong roots.
