Greetings! Here to build proper technique and form with kettlebell exercises. Not very athletic, and very knew to this. But I start this journey looking for a radical change in my lifestyle, towards more vitality, discipline, and fulfillment~

I’ve been getting requests for more follow along workouts so I am trying to do one every week or so. Here is a… probably overly long rant 😂 about how that will be set up. For the TL/DR people: Basically there will be folders with the different levels based on the corresponding skills at the various Kettlebell Artist levels.

Beyond work, I’ve spent much of my life in judo, a discipline that taught me balance, efficiency, and the calm that lies within controlled power.
