Hey Everybody!!! I have 2 competitions I am competing in, both are this coming February. One 10 minute set and one 30 minute set. If anyone else is interested in trying out Kettlebell sport this is a good time to start prepping, so let me know and I will help. And don't worry there are 5 minute set options 😉 Also I added a couple of tiers to the membership options for the people that have been asking for more private training. There's a once a month meet up tier and a once a week meet up tier. I think you can just change your membership to those if you'd like but if it doesn't work let me know. 😎
