I got a 2-star review. And I want to talk about it.

Stop Putting Out Brushfires
Most wrestlers are busy. But busy doing what? You spend your whole week answering DMs. Editing one video. Arguing about your next booking fee. Fixing your website. Redesigning your logo for the fourth time. Chasing down a promoter who owes you 50 bucks. That is not building a career. That is survival mode. You feel like you are working hard. And you are. But there is no game plan behind any of it. You are just reacting to whatever fire pops up that day. Here is the truth. There are only a few things you can do every single day that actually move the needle. Everything else is a brushfire. The needle movers? Content that grows your Reach. Promos and matches that build your Reputation. Offers and products that generate Revenue. That is it. Those three things. Everything else can wait or be handed off. The wrestlers who make it are not the ones doing the most. They are the ones doing the right things. They are thinking about their audience. They are studying what works. The Reason You're Not Getting Booked Has Nothing To Do With Your Talent
Most indie wrestlers are out here chasing promoters like a desperate rookie chasing the last spot on a card. Blowing up inboxes. Discounting their price. Begging for a spot. And the more they chase, the less they get booked. Here's the truth nobody tells you in the locker room. Selling yourself works exactly like dating. The more you need them, the faster they run. The second someone feels like you NEED them, they lose interest. Promoters don't book desperate wrestlers. They book wrestlers who seem like they don't need the booking. That's not arrogance. That's positioning. Dan Kennedy calls it the "take away." You're not trying to convince anyone. You're putting your value out there and letting the right people come to you. Your marketing should come from a place of strength, not hunger. Think about it this way. The wrestler who says "I've got limited dates available and my schedule is filling up" hits different than the wrestler begging for a tryout match. Same wrestler. Completely different energy. Completely different result. This is exactly what the 3R Framework is built around. Your REACH brings people to you. Your REPUTATION makes them want you. Your REVENUE reflects what happens when you stop chasing and start attracting. You don't have to be the most talented person on the roster. WWE Hall of Fame 2026
The HOF class is still growing. We have 5 members, our moment and ugghh... the Legacy inductees. Is it me or does the class seem light this year? I could see them deciding to put Cena in. He is hosting Wrestlemania this year. Miss Elizabeth, Bam Bam Bigelow, William Regal and Rick Martel are getting a lot of support. The Midnight Express is getting more attention with Dennis Condrey passing but would WWE and Cornette make peace? Johnny Valentine or Mitsuharu Misawa would spark discussion. Marty Jannetty and Ole Anderson.... no not even on April Fools. Anyone got any thoughts on who you want to see in and why?
