I would love your thoughts on this. I'll start by saying: I know this is VERY dense, completely solution aware, and way too advanced for a free talk. But before I started WPA, this was my signature talk. I still honestly love teaching it, because it talks about mental health, anxiety and depression (and I can focus on burnout here too). I want to have a free talk I can deliver again and again, that gets people on my calendar. This topic is really where my zone of genius is. So my question is: how much of this can I put in, without teaching/coaching too much in the talk?
What value can I give to the audience that would leave them wanting more without overwhelming them or underwhelming them?
