Remembering how far I’ve come
On this day 4 of keeping the momentum, I’m choosing to remember how far I have come and also choosing to be kind to myself with positive self talk.
Instead of negatively analyzing my video, like I would have done in the past, I’m focusing on the positives of how far I can squat down and my great form.
How about you? It can with anything, definitely doesn’t have to be a workout.
