1️⃣ Neck & Shoulders — Neck side stretch → neck rolls → shoulder shrugs & circles to release tension.
2️⃣ Body-Weight Squats — Slow and steady, feet hip-width, chest lifted.
3️⃣ Deep Breathing — Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth to reset and calm.
