So retatutride has been great for me to get back to my weight pre kids, Hashimoto diagnosed and perimenopause. I am very happy with that. Now I want to build more muscle and stay healthy. I already prioritize protein, lift weight and stay active. I also work on managing stress and sleep well. What should be my next peptide that will keep my results and help me build muscle? I was thinking tesamorelin or mots-c? Or a combo? I really don't know where to go next.
