Energy-Which one to start first, NAD+, MOT-C, 5-Amino-1MQ?
Hello All, Question about where to start with addressing energy. I am fairly new to peptides. I am 58 years old and have been an athlete most of my life. I am consistent with my work outs and my hormones are optimized. I am currently running Tirz and have reached my goal weight so I am tapering back. I am just about to finish GHKCU and going to switch to KLOW. I have been on the struggle bus with consistent energy for several years. I wanted to see how peptides could help. I feel like my foundations with diet, exercise, sleep are good but I need a bit of a pop. Ideally would like to move to the energy stack (NAD+, MOTS-C, and 5-Amino-1MQ) that Tara speaks to on her podcast but I believe since I have not run any of these before it is best to start with one. Lately, (this is new the last few months) I have a hard time starting in the morning and for years I have definite afternoon crash of energy. I am looking to have sustained energy throughout the day and not sure which of these 3 to start with singularly. I would love to hear any experience or advice. Yours in health, Peggy DL

Been out of town and finally got to listen to the podcast on the sprays. Very interested in dsip nasal spray. Does it mainly help with going to sleep or staying asleep? Anyone have experience?

Fat loss stack
What are your top 2-3 peptides that’s not a glp1(I have struggled for years with constipation and finally have daily bowel movements now and don’t want to mess that up) help with fat loss. I have built a lot of sickle over the past 2 years. Now I need to lose about 5-8lbs of fat.

Absolutely! Nad + gives me a great boost of energy and I feel it usually 1-2 minutes after I take it. Also….i think using it with the klow has minimized my pores tremendously along with texture. My husband says it’s helped with his skin texture too and that’s all he uses. Tesofensine completely knocks out my craving for sugar and junk food.
AOD or 5 amino?
I want something for better body composition, but not ipa or tesa. I’ll apreciate any comments
