I need to know more about these, but assuming there are no risks, I would definitely be in.
Debate?
After reta, Ipa? Tesa? The blend? For a 46 yo woman with Hashimoto and trying to build more muscle and keep leaning out. What have you done and what has been your experience?

@Tara West no. Should I start there? I did a search in Claude and it recommended BPC-157, NAD+ and MOTS-C. Profile is: 45 yo, on HRT (estradiol and progesterone) and with Hashimoto. What are your thoughts? I want to get off of reta (I am going down in dose right now). I was thinking of maybe keeping it in a microwave dose. I started in January. I lost 10 lbs in a month and the last 10 I needed to lose in 2 months. It really suppresses my appetite which I am not sure i like as it is hard to hit my macros.

@Tara West also, would i stack these or do you recommend starting one by one? In your podcast you always mention adding one at a time so that is what I would do...any suggestions as of in which order I should start them? Thank you so much for your help. I am very clueless about what I should do.

@Sabrina Serna were you able to reverse your Hashi? If so, what did you do??
Coming off Reta
I was on Reta for about 9 months. A low dose that I split 3 days a week. I only had about 10 lbs to loose. Just wondering how people are feeling after stopping? I am hating the hunger pains! And I seem to have a some joint pain that I hadn’t really realized had gone away. But on the up side, my mood seems better? Is that a thing? And less tired/more energy. I’m interested in what others are feeling.

I haven't stopped yet, but I am considering it. I want to build muscle so I am trying to figure out if i should start Tesa or Ipamorelin. I have also thought of keeping reta at a very low dose while including Tesa o Ipa. What are thw hunger pains you talk about? Are you getting very hungry? I am also thoughtful about the pains because I started HRT and up my dose because the OB recommended for body pains so now I am wondering if it was theHRT or reta or maybe both that helped with my body aches

@Martha Thompson thank you
Reta
What are your thoughts of someone who is of average weight or even underweight using Reta to help with insulin resistance and visceral fat?
