Peri weight loss???
Hello ladies I want to introduce myself. I am 47 years old. I am perimenopausal. I have issues with losing weight. I gained about 50 pounds in the first 2 years of perimenopause, so between the ages of 40 and 42. I got put on .05mg estrogen patches 2 months ago and I've been taking progesterone 100mg since last October. I am also on low-dose testosterone lozenge, but that's not making much of a difference. I do believe that my hormones are okay now as I feel loads better but obviously blood work doesn't really tell right. I am currently taking Tirzepatide 3mg, mots-c 1mg, BPc157 500mcg, TB500 1mg, KPV 500mcg and just started Epitalon, last night at 1 mg. I'm getting super frustrated because I keep jumping around from 174 to 176 for a month now and it's really starting to depress me. Because I cannot seem to lose weight. I don't want to up my Tirzepatide cause I already don't have an appetite, and I struggle with getting the food down. I try to take in about 1600 Calories. Some days less cuz its hard And about a 120 to a 140 g of protein every day. I go to the gym. I went on a hike yesterday. I got in over ten thousand steps and I still gained over a pound overnight. Please help with any insight. Blood work is all normal and yes thyroid is too.

@Cheryl Sheehan definitely need to increase both your E and P. Ask your provider to increase dosages or move on to E injections. If you want to continue taking p orally, increase the dosage but also eat something fatty with it like peanut butter because P Is fat soluble and it will bind better when you eat something fatty with it but you're going to definitely need more.

@Cheryl Sheehan it's not that it's more p is causing the belly fat. It's the imbalance of both will cause bloat, gas and may even cause water retention. Think of when you're about to start your period. More E, less P. I was always bloated and gassy right before my period and after day 2 or 3 all that went down once the shedding took hold. Also keep in mind, hot flashes are just one of several symptoms of peri/meno when E and P are tanked. You can also split the 200mg. At night take it orally for sleep, in the am after you've gone to the bathroom, insert rectally just a finger joint length. Any further up then you will experience the same effects as you would taking orally.
First order
Hello all! I am trying to do my first order and my credit card didn’t work so trying the Zelle route but how the heck do you set up a Zelle account?!

@Carrie Gill that's completely false. I have a business and accept Zelle payments. Did you try logging into your bank account to set up Zelle? Contact the vendor directly and ask them if they can send you a QR code of their Zelle. You should be able to pay directly that way.

@Carrie Gill if it doesn't work, the definitely try ACH/e-check payments.
Question
Accidentally put a new reconstituted vial of Tirzepetide in my freezer for 24 hours before I realized it. Is it ruined?

@Micheline Ghiorso Someone in another group I'm in did the same thing to a friend she was posting on behalf of. Here's one of the admins' responses: "She could thaw it and use it, it’s not like freezing suddenly makes tirz toxic or dangerous. The issue is more about integrity and reliability than safety. Once it’s been reconstituted and then frozen, you risk some level of peptide breakdown, denaturation, or even slight aggregation, which means potency can drop or just become inconsistent. So best case, it still works but maybe feels weaker. Worst case, it’s unpredictable dose to dose and you don’t really know what you’re getting. That’s why the general guidance is refrigerate only after mixing, not freeze. If it were me, I wouldn’t rely on it for consistent results… but if she does decide to use it, just go in knowing it’s a bit of a gamble, not something you can dose with full confidence."

@Sabrina Serna funnily enough I had a vial that gelled in the fridge. Never frozen. I just warmed it between my hands. Worked just fine.

@Crystal Scott use ion15 for discount. This is their code. They've got great stuff on there.
Needle Sizes
Hi, I was wondering what size needle everyone is using for their SubQ injections? I read in the Peptide Guide here that you recommend 1/2" for SubQ. I have been using 5/16" (8 mm) because I don't have much fat and I'm quite thin. Should I be using the 1/2" instead? Thanks so much for your input. :)

@Crystal Bonnet I use 29g 1/2" .3mL for all peps and hormones under 30 units and 30g 1/2" 1mL needles for anything over 30 units. I prefer 1/2" as it gets deeper into the sub Q.
