Survey Results and CC Processing update!

Hi Ladies,

I wanted to post the survey results from last week. Due to having to switch to a high risk credit card processor and the ridiculous fees involved (10% processing 10% reserve) I created a survey to get feed back from each of you on how to financially overcome this hurdle. As a refresher... here were the 3 options.

Option 1: No Price Increase

Products remain at current prices
Credit card payments available with a 6% processing fee
3% discount when paying via Zelle
0% discount when paying via eCheck

Option 2: 3% Price Increase

Product prices increase by 3%
Credit card payments available with a 3% processing fee
6% discount when paying via Zelle
0% discount when paying via eCheck

Option 3: No Credit Cards

Products remain at current prices
Credit card payments not available
3% discount when paying via Zelle
0% discount when paying via eCheck

The results were very clear.

Option 1: 50.0%
Option 2: 26.1%
Option 3: 23.9%

This option keeps product pricing where it is, the ability to get an extra 3% off with Zelle, and an echeck option to avoid the credit card processing fees for those who don't have / or can't use Zelle. We are going to lower the credit card processing fee to 5% because our fees came in a little lower than expected. We understand this isn't ideal, but it's unfortunately the price we are paying to keep moving forward with the most amount of payment options!

The credit card processing should be up running by EOD tomorrow. Take advantage of the remaining hours of the SKOOL 30 discount until midnight tomorrow.
