Peptides and traveling
Hey everyone! We will be traveling to Mexico and I’m wondering what your experience has been trying to travel with your peptides. What do I need to do to be able to take them with me? Obviously keep cold, I’m wondering mostly through tsa and customs there and back.

Agree with Shawna! I have traveled to Mexico with peptides still in powder form, reconstituted vials and preloaded syringes and have never had an issue with any of it! I out them in a cold case with ice packs and put them in my checked luggage and it’s never been an issue!
Reta vs Tirz
Hi Everyone. I was planning to start Reta on Monday but have been seeing things about an increase in heart rate and possibly not being the best choice if you’re anxious at baseline. I was going to start at 250mcg, so pretty low. I have Reta and would have to purchase Tirz, so I’m inclined to use the Reta - but wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts! I was also tempted to try survodutide, but didn’t pull the trigger yet. Thanks!

I do really think you will see movement quickly with body recomp on Reta! I am with everyone above… I really liked the way the appetite suppression worked much better on Reta than Tirz. On Reta I feel like I’m not ever compelled to eat but can always eat what I plan and what I need. I don’t have any aversion to food and still love to look up recipes and cook for my family. On Tirz I just really didn’t want anything to do with food at all! Even on the smallest dose! I saw very quick changes on Reta and had to back off because I was worried I was losing too much weight. I haven’t had any increased anxiety and I can be pretty prone to that. Since you have the Reta it might be worth a try and then you know Tirz is a great option if you don’t like it! Good luck!
Stomach fat help
Good morning. Looking for recommendations to help with visceral fat. I’ve done Tessa/IPA blend before through a different company and felt like I had good results. I’m just finishing up sermoreline which I do not like. Wondering if I should try AOD and 501 together or something different. My stomach looks like I’m pregnant. Thank you!

@Sabrina Serna are you doing a different type of progesterone that isn’t oral? I just bumped my oral progesterone dose from 100 to 200mg to help with 3 am wake ups and noticed lots of bloating that isn’t my favorite!!!

@Sabrina Serna wow! That was enlightening! Okay! I’m going to ask my functional med doctor about going the suppository route! Also, do you have any more resources up your sleeve about estrogen and when to take it? I am on progesterone and testosterone but according to my doctor since my estrogen levels are still good on progesterone and I am still getting my monthly cycle she says I shouldn’t be on it. According to that video you just sent she disagrees! Just wondering if you know where I can go for more info on that! Thanks so much!!
Sick after TA1
I started Thymosin Alpha to boost my immune system and instead I’m sick! What the heck? Anyone else have this experience or know why I’d get an opposite reaction? Not sure if I should continue taking it or let my body do its thing on its own.

I had the exact same experience! I took it for 2 months and during that time ended up sicker than I have been in years including needing 2 rounds of antibiotics. My thyroid levels also went from amazing to clearly in an autoimmune spike so I think it absolutely had the reverse effect for me. I had heard that was a possibility for some people. I went off of the TA-1 and started VIP. I felt better instantly, my sinus infection immediately cleared up and I felt great!!!

AOD or 5-amino
After listening to the podcast, I’m interested in trying AOD and/or 5-amino. Do you find one to be more effective than the other? Do they mostly just work together? Cautious about the reconstitution of AOD since I’ve read it can be more difficult. Thoughts? I’m 68 and looking to get this menopot trimmed down!

@Michelle Ewan I have heard Tara say she loves MOTS-c with Slu-pp-332 so I’m thinking I’ll try that when I next cycle MOTS-c. Are you liking it so far? When you say prep are you referring to body building/competing?

@Sue Alfieri I am actually still on Reta but now on just .5 mg for the inflammatory help and all of the other health benefits. I lost weight quickly at the 1.8 dose and was afraid I would start to lose muscle so I titrated down and added Sermorelin (ipamorelin and tesamorelin are too strong for me!) and am going to add 5 amino 1mq next! I think Reta is amazing and a great tool to ramp up for short periods if we want to focus on fat loss but if we don’t have a lot of lose it could easily go too far! I’m even thinking of cycling to a low dose of tirzepitide instead since it doesn’t have the metabolism boosting feature that Reta does…. Thinking there is a way to use them strategically throughout the year!! What are thinking through?
