Has anyone tried this and noticed an increase in appetite?
I have noticed that it increases my appetite on days I take it. I really love it because I take it pre-workout, it lets me lift harder and gives better energy for cardio and then my appetite is big so I actually want to eat more and can get my protein in especially on heavy lifting days! I love it because even a mircodose of Reta suppresses my appetite so much that it’s hard to eat which is really bad on workout days! Then I don’t mind less of an appetite on days I’m not working out so not taking it! It’s kind of the perfect combination with Reta for me! Just thought I would throw this out there for anyone considering it! I have only ever taken 250 mcg (1 capsule) pre-workout!
