I’m Claire – an integrated health coach with extra training in hormone health and gut health. A bit about me: after my third child I started experiencing weight gain, hair loss, crushing fatigue and brain fog. I spent years being told “your bloods are normal” before finally being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and, more recently, perimenopause. I know how frustrating it is to feel like a stranger in your own body and not get the answers or support you need. That’s why I created this hub.
