I’m Claire – an integrated health coach with extra training in hormone health and gut health.
A bit about me: after my third child I started experiencing weight gain, hair loss, crushing fatigue and brain fog. I spent years being told “your bloods are normal” before finally being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and, more recently, perimenopause.
I know how frustrating it is to feel like a stranger in your own body and not get the answers or support you need. That’s why I created this hub.
This space is for women roughly 35–45 who are:
  • Wondering if what they’re feeling might be perimenopause
  • Struggling with hormones, energy, mood, sleep or gut issues
  • Tired of Googling and guessing, and want simple, realistic support
Inside this hub you’ll find:
  • Bite-sized tips on hormones, perimenopause and gut health
  • Practical ideas you can actually use in real life (no extremes)
  • A supportive space to ask questions and feel less alone
  • Occasional free live sessions where we go deeper together
