A bit about me: after my third child I started experiencing weight gain, hair loss, crushing fatigue and brain fog. I spent years being told âyour bloods are normalâ before finally being diagnosed with Hashimotoâs and, more recently, perimenopause.
I know how frustrating it is to feel like a stranger in your own body and not get the answers or support you need. Thatâs why I created this hub.
This space is for women roughly 35â45 who are:

- Struggling with hormones, energy, mood, sleep or gut issues
- Tired of Googling and guessing, and want simple, realistic support
