For those of you who went through the SLEEP & FAT LOSS training, here is the one page checklist that you can print off if needed.
I always find that when I'm trying to implement new things in to my life, I need an actual physical reminder, I actively stick it up on my wall so that its visible daily. Could be a post it note, or some kind of trigger to remind me of the new thing I'm doing. Once I've done it enough times and it feels like a habbit and I'm in the routine, I take it down.
Think about brushing your teeth, do you need a post it note in the bathroom to remind you to brush? No, because you've done it so many times it's ingrained, a habbit, a natural occurrance that doesn't require effort to remember.
Repitition is the master. If you do something on repeat enough times, it actually builds new neurological pathways in the brain 🧠
