Wholesaling Progress Update
Quick update: I’m now in my second month wholesaling. Last week I got my first contract signed. We already have multiple cash buyer offers, with one more buyer coming tomorrow to view the property. By Friday, we’ll make a final decision based on the strongest offer.
This week, I also got three more contracts signed and I’m lining up cash buyers for those as well. I have one more appointment scheduled that I’m hoping to get under contract. Ideally, my JV partner and I should be getting paid by next week or sooner. 🚀
