Hey guys — quick question / concern I wanted to raise. Has there been a change or downgrade in the CRM features recently? I’m noticing a few things that used to be available are now restricted or gone: Before, I could search up to 5 zip codes, counties, or even multiple states at once. Now it seems I’m limited to only one at a time (one zip, one city, one county, or one state). Also, the Wholesale Value / offer guidance feature that helped estimate what to offer sellers has been unavailable for a while. Just trying to understand what’s going on and whether these changes are permanent, plan-based, or temporary. Those features were a big part of why the platform was so useful for wholesaling. Would appreciate some clarity — thanks.

Still processing this. 🤯 Closed a deal today $75k assignment JV’d. Feel like I’m finally at the starting line.

Quick update: I got one contract signed last week. I have a few buyer meetings lined up for this week, and I’m confident I’ll lock the deal with one of them. I’m also lining up a few more contracts this week. Fingers crossed we close all of them.

Quick update: I’m now in my second month wholesaling. Last week I got my first contract signed. We already have multiple cash buyer offers, with one more buyer coming tomorrow to view the property. By Friday, we’ll make a final decision based on the strongest offer. This week, I also got three more contracts signed and I’m lining up cash buyers for those as well. I have one more appointment scheduled that I’m hoping to get under contract. Ideally, my JV partner and I should be getting paid by next week or sooner. 🚀

Just got the Purchase & Sale Agreement signed 🙌 Now I’m actively working on securing a buyer. I’m JV’ing with a great partner who’s been super helpful and is assisting with finding the right buyer for this deal. Fingers crossed—hoping everything comes together smoothly.
