Hey guys I'm looking for people who are wholesaling in Kentucky or Missouri. Specifically picking up government lists in these states. I was doing some research comparing the legalities of foreclosure and probate in MO and KY to Michigan's laws and it seems like there's some conflicting things online about wholesaling in KY in general.
