One thing I’ve noticed after staying active and building a real pipeline:
Most deals don’t come from the first conversation, they come from what happens after the initial no.
In fact, the last two deals I closed both came from leads that had been sitting in my pipeline for over 60 days. Nothing fancy changed, just consistent follow-up, clean notes, and patience while the seller’s timeline caught up.
Chasing new lists and tactics has its place, but timing and execution seem to create more leverage than pressure ever will.
For those who’ve been doing this a while, what part of your process ended up mattering more than you originally expected?
