So I need some objective insight here. I posted prior about a possible deal in OH. It was built in the 20’s 1250ish sqf 4 bd, 2 ba, and looks to need at least $50k to $80k in repairs and that’s just a novice opinion/perspective. It was bought for $11k or so at auction wants $80k thinks can be sold for $200k+ after repairs. I saw comps via xleads in the $65k-$95k range. I’m negotiating $30k-$40k.
