If I purchased a domain name from x leads will x leads make me a website as well? I’m not good with that stuff but know what I want lol

@Mike Dawe you can also consider canva and design a simple landing page through them for free and buy a domain specific to you or your company and pay $18ish a year for the domain you choose or create. I can help you with that. At least the navigation part.

Watched all SMS videos Zach and Rick ever posted got about 4 pages of notes and $4K limit credit card decided to go all in on April 15th purchased custom website(xleads), CRM (xleads), phone number A2P approved (xleads), auto sms blast (xleads), and leads list and Skip trace(xleads). I did a total of 2800 skip traces auto blasted 1600 of them, I have 3 deals under contract as of today at 50-65% ARV next is dispo but hey the process works! Keep going!!

@Zach Ginn @Rick Ginn When deals possibly come up, would they steal them from you if you submit an "opportunity" to them via their submission portal without a signed contract? Since I'm so green and the contract templates offered through here aren't exactly compliant per their own recommendations to run them by a RE lawyer first, I would like to send them to them and I would just sign their JV form to get my cut. Is that a viable option? Just curious...

@Rome C So does that mean if I submit a possible deal to them even though I don't get a signed contract from the seller their process protects us both to avoid screwing them or getting screwed?

@Faith Emily G. That I understand. I was asking primarily if I were to get a verbal agreement on a price to purchase from the seller would Zach & Rick accept to do a JV deal with me.

TOTALLY GREEN
So I need some objective insight here. I posted prior about a possible deal in OH. It was built in the 20’s 1250ish sqf 4 bd, 2 ba, and looks to need at least $50k to $80k in repairs and that’s just a novice opinion/perspective. It was bought for $11k or so at auction wants $80k thinks can be sold for $200k+ after repairs. I saw comps via xleads in the $65k-$95k range. I’m negotiating $30k-$40k. Walk or stay?
