@Bryan Jenkins every so often I donate my time to a community food bank where I live at people make donations. I overheard this lady talking explaining how a few months ago her mother had passed and they were selling the house so I figured hey opportunities right in front of me. I can’t tell you when was the last time I had butterflies in my stomach. 🤣 I was worried I’m gonna ask her if she’s interested in selling she’s gonna turn around. My mother just died asshole.🤣 but she told me they were going with an agent who already had the house on the market wasn’t as bad as I thought she was cool about it, but I laughed afterwards cause I couldn’t remember the last time I actually had literal butterflies like I was really worried she was gonna curse me out for being insensitive

@Bryan Jenkins I believe everything always lines up for a reason you can always make your own path and guide yourself into the reposition, but in the end, everything lines up the way it should. You just have to understand opportunity when it’s knocking.

@Lin Wheeler if you have deals in California, we have a price point of up to 1 million statewide in Texas. I have Collin County Dallas and Tarrant County and Fort Worth did really no price cap. If it makes sense we can work. let me know.
