Emails and texting your leads are shit endless youve already made contact. Do not email or text leads as your first point of contact. That shit is weak and lazy and the seller knows it. It was shit in the car business when I was a car salesmen, and itll be shit now. Why? because theyre easily ignorable! You just give your seller or buyer a reason to ignore you form the comfort of their couch my swiping away your email or text. Cold Calling will always be the best. and some advice for that. I call it the double tap method. If a random number calls you, youre more inclined to ignore it. When you call twice back to back, theyll be more interested in answering your call. Some random number calling me? Pffttt imma ignore it, but if that same random number calls me twice, that makes me feel like i should answer cause it seems important and theyre really trying to get ahold of me. If they dont answer after two calls, cool do it again tomorrow. Hard work is rewarded more. Not the easy auto generated emails or texts.
