So nice been looking at some of the list that Zach supplied us with and I’ve been trying to access some probate leads but everything I pull up shows a court case and a name. Is there anyway to know if the probate even involves real estate? I was under the impression that we would see an address and skip trace the owner but it’s the opposite. Anyone with probate knowledge out there care to help me understand? Tia

Since I’ve put out my bandit signs a few weeks ago, to my surprise, I’ve received several calls. Which have resulted in 2 walk through appointments thus far and I’ve made one offer (which got turned down). I don’t care that they didn’t accept my offer because I was going for the “NO” anyways but the seller didn’t want to counter-offer. It’s the name of the game and I love the fact that my signs are catching drivers attention 😅. Still have another walk through appointment next week. Excited for today because GOD has blessed me with another opportunity to GRIND and become at least 1% better. #MAMBAMENTALITY 🏠 📱 🪧
