Seeking Advice

We are now 6 months into 2025 and I have not gotten a deal since last November. I have been trying a combination cold texting and cold calling daily. I work a couple of jobs and have three kids that I have to drive from place to place most afternoons. Money and time are limited so I bootstrap it and get as many texts and calls in the free way as I can per day (roughly 75-100 texts and an hour to 2 hours of calling per day). Clearly with no deals to speak of, what I am doing is not working very well. Does anyone have any advice or tips that I can try to hopefully change the direction that I am going in? Thanks!
