Quitting!
I am really thinking this is not my fit. So, I am again being told, my offer is too high. I do not understand how.
It is listed for 74k. My offer was 60,900. ARV is 161K.
Seller countered with 71K. Fair market value is just under 63k. So my final offer is 63k. The property pictures show fully remodeled. Needs a little curb appeal.
Why is my offer wrong? 75% arv is 93k.
So what the heck? Be honest. I can handle that!!
