Question
How do you guys close deals at wholesale prices, how do you get people to agree ? I find myself making offers and negotiating every day on properties and they always say my MAO is still to low ? Really irritating, maybe my approach is wrong or these people are the ones who want and dont need to sell... where are the people that need to sell ? All the sellers on my off market lists are not interested either. and the ones who are the offer is to low
