Pre foreclosure with listing agent?
Im on zillow, looking at fsbo and pre foreclosure. I came across a "pre foreclosure" but it has an agency listed. Its not priced bad at the moment. Does need an entire basement gut. Est. 1000 sq ft in the basement.
Any advice since this has an agent listed? Go for it? Avoid?
