Hey everyone, I am looking to work with wholesalers/realtors who have deals in OHIO. Specifically Cleveland, and Youngstown. Looking for 1-8 units.
I am also looking to partner with anyone who wants to buy deals who lives in these areas. I have a construction background, can underwrite deals and have the funding. Looking for boots on the ground.
