Not Sure What To Do Next ?
Found a property in Detroit MI, it has 2 houses ( one 2 stories plus basment, one 3 stories plus basement) on the same lot. Not sure the best way to go about figuring out the comps and pricing being two different buildings 😬
Definitely BOTH fixer uppers!!
