Above is the link to my calculator on my website that you guys should use. It will tell you how much rehab costs is, and what to offer (as long as your arv is correct)

I promised that when the site gets to 1000 users, i would drop a novation calculator as well. As of now, about 5 days since i made the calculator public, there are 320 users actively using it so far.

This is a calculator that is approved by wholesalers that close multiple deals a month (including zach), and is approved by buyers and contractors.
