Need feedback on property
I have a property in Fayette AL that is a sub to, nothing down. It has two properties on 35 acres. From the start that sounds like it is a great deal, but the area is so small that I need to go 5 miles just to get comps. Not sure how I would dispo this. Any help would be great.
