My FIRST real Cold calling session
I just wanted to come and express my accomplishment yesterday. I did my first real cold calling session. For me that’s calling more than five numbers and then quitting. I cold called for three hours last night. 125 properties. I had a lot of bad numbers, I left tons of voicemails and I received quite a bit of “No’s” BUT even though I didn’t get a Yes. I received so much practice and quite honestly I’m not anxious anymore when it comes to cold calling. I’m actually starting my calls today at 2. Just got home from doing D4D so I’m about to skip trace and get to calling. I’m working so hard to secure my first deal. Praying that it will happen before January is over. That will be a great accomplishment for me and a HUGE blessing !
