This was a probate vacant land deal. Learned a lot during the process but whew when Rick says vet your buyers PLEASE DO IT!!! They will stress you out if you don't. I wrote up this sign and put it up in my local Tractor Supply where they allow for people to advertise. Hopefully I’ll get a few leads with it this month. Anything I should’ve added or not include on the sign? What are you doing today to stay productive?

I just wanted to come and express my accomplishment yesterday. I did my first real cold calling session. For me that’s calling more than five numbers and then quitting. I cold called for three hours last night. 125 properties. I had a lot of bad numbers, I left tons of voicemails and I received quite a bit of “No’s” BUT even though I didn’t get a Yes. I received so much practice and quite honestly I’m not anxious anymore when it comes to cold calling. I’m actually starting my calls today at 2. Just got home from doing D4D so I’m about to skip trace and get to calling. I’m working so hard to secure my first deal. Praying that it will happen before January is over. That will be a great accomplishment for me and a HUGE blessing !
